Schedule k1 line 18A asking for state info

turbo tax online is asking me for state info for schedule k1 line 18A but i do not see any state info in the supplemental info I have been given.

 

what should i do?

    The logical conclusion would be the state in which the partnership/S-Corp resides. You may wish to confirm this with the entity that sent you Schedule K-1.
