Self Employerd Health Insurance

I need to change an amount that I incorrectly entered for self employed health insurance. I cannot get back to the entry to fix it. For reference, the entry in Easy Step is self employed health insurance; in Forms it is Schedule 1, line 17. This should not be difficult.

I am using the download version on a Mac.

To go to the section of the tax return to enter this information, use these steps:

Click on Search
This opens a box where you can type in “self-employed health insurance deduction” (be sure to enter exactly as shown here)
The search results will give you an option to “Jump to self-employed health insurance deduction”
Click on the blue “Jump to self-employed health insurance deduction” link

The result will show you a summary page of any Schedule C businesses you have entered. Edit the business information and go to the Other Common Business Expenses section. Find Insurance Payments and click Start or Update to modify your entry.
