Should I enter the info from Shcedule K-1s that have $0 in all fields?

The K-1s are from ProShares ETFs. There is a sales schedule on the back on which column 3 (Sales Proceeds) is blank - should I enter the sales proceeds from TD Ameritrade in this column?
