Should I report it when I received 1099 DIV, at Box 9 shown a XYZ amounts What should I do

Yes, you should report it.

 

Box 9 shows "Specified Private Activity Bond Interest", which is interest from bonds built for things like local sports stadiums.

 

To enter this, on the main screen where you enter your 1099-DIV data, note the line and check box under box 1b: "My form has info in more than just these boxes" - check this boxes and many more boxes will appear, including box 9.
