I filed an individual self employed tax refund. I have seen that it should be automatically listed within the state refund, and I looked at the TABOR line on my filed taxes and it does say the correct amount. I'm not sure if I just need to wait longer?

Unlike in some previous years, the TABOR refund for 2023 is not a separate payment. The $800 per person would have been included in your total state tax refund. So if your return shows the $800 per person on the TABOR line (Line 34) and you already received the full refund shown on Line 38, you've already gotten your TABOR refund as part of your tax refund.

If you have only received a portion of your tax refund, you should be getting a letter from the Colorado Department of Revenue explaining why your refund was reduced. You can also call CO DOR at 303-238-7378 to discuss the issue with a representative.
