5. Are there any updates or changes in California tax regulations that I need to be aware of when filing for my LLC on TurboTax, particularly considering its period of non-filing?
The California Franchise Tax Board publishes a summary of recent changes to their tax forms and related legislation: What's New with Tax Forms? Also, the tax forms/instructions for each year will include a summary of what is new for that year: Forms and Publications Search
In your previous questions, you mentioned not having filed for your LLC for ten years. TurboTax can only help with filing for the current tax year and three prior years (TY2020-TY2023).
