I’m a doctor who travels to different hospitals to provide coverage. A lot of my work is done outside of the hospital as well as inside. If I were to buy a residential property close to the hospital, can I run it through my corporation to maximize tax benefits?

In order for something to be purchased and used by your business it is supposed to be 'ordinary and necessary' to the running of the business.  I'm not sure if owning a house near a hospital is ordinary but you sound like you could make the argument that itis necessary.  In which case your corporation can own it and use it for business purposes.
