My ex had/ or still has a non existent business that he has claimed on his taxes as a write off for many years. He never made any money from it because it doesnt exist. His other ex wife who he divorced more that 20 years ago is still named on this business without her knowledge now and hes claiming it only in his name with the IRS. Is this legal?
