The Sch K-1 Wks-Partnership sections is not accepting my business name. I have spoken to 2 turbotax IT folks and helpers and there still is no resolution.

In TurboTax Online, the name of the K-1 Partnership is entered when entering the K-1 into TurboTax.  The screen is "Enter Partnership Name and Address".  Click the "magnifying glass Search" icon on the top row, enter "k-1" in the search window and press return or enter, and then click on the "Jump to k-1" link to Review and then Edit your K-1 entry for the "Partnership/LLC name".

While you are there in that Partnership/LLC K-1 Summary, check for an "extra" K-1 that you may have started and not finished, and now no longer need.  If you see one of those in the Partnership/LLC K-1 Summary, click the "trash can Delete" icon.

For "extra measure" on any K-1 you delete (extra one,  and/or the one you are about to re-enter), use the "Delete a form" option to search for any "lingering" K-1 you don't need, and delete it from the list.  

Here's how to delete your K-1 in TurboTax Online: 

1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
4. Select Delete next to the K-1 form/schedule/worksheet in the list you don't need and follow the instructions.
5. Check in the state forms (if applicable) for any K-1 related forms that need to be deleted.
