Question

The software won't let me skip the who experienced business identify theft question even though none of us did! What do I do?

I had answered yes before and then went back and changed it and now it won't recognize my no!

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

 

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
