Question

TT listing NY resident trust (member of LLC) as non resident on partnership return bc trustee's address in out of state. Won't let me manually fix. Any suggestions?

    Change their address to something in the state.  Use the address of the trust, maybe?

    Thanks, I was able to manually change designation to full year resident by switching to forms and making change on K-1 worksheet.
