My husband is self-employed as a remodeling contractor. I work for a company. We have rental properties.

Please advise which Turbo Tax software to get. Thank you!

TurboTax Home and Business would be the best choice. It has the most guidance available for self-employment as well as rental income.

However, any version of the desktop/installed TurboTax products will have all of the forms required for your tax situation. The difference is in the details of questions asked as you go through the process of creating your return. So, either choice would be fine to use.
