Turbo tax is asking me to enter 760c line 3 and I have no idea what that is. Where can I find this information?

I am filing with the state of Virginia

Line 3 of the VA 760C is asking for the 2019 Income tax liability from your prior year Form 760, after spouse tax adjustments and credits:

"3. 2019 Income Tax Liability After Spouse Tax Adjustment and Tax Credits"

You would have to look at your 2019 VA 760 Line 18 amount - line 23 amount - line 24 amount and -line 25 amount
