TurboTax Business not saving answers

I am trying to e-file my LLC's taxes and there's a particular field that I am trying to repeatedly complete both via step-by-step or through the forms and it's not saving and won't let me e-file as a result. I'm on the desktop version of the software so there's no cache I can try to clear.

At which point in Step-by-Step is the information not saving? Which field or fields?

Via step-by-step: I navigate to e-file and hit Transmit Returns Now button. It stops me and says there are fields that are required that I did not yet complete. Specifically Form 568 p1-4: Question G for California LLC. I go through their step by step process and populate the field. Returning back to the Transmit Returns Now button restarts the cycle. Each time through the cycle it tells me to populate that field.

Through forms: Before I hit the Transmit Returns now button, I go to Forms and see that Form 568 p1-4 shows (Not Done). I manually fill in a value for Question G. There are no longer any errors and there are no forms have a Not Done status. I return to Step-by-Step to finish my e-file. I click on Done with States and move through the steps to e-file. If I go through the process to e-file it will repeat the process above. Alternatively, if I populate the missing form field, go back to Step-by-Step and click on Done with States, and then navigate back to the forms - Form 568 p1-4 shows (Not Done) and the field needs populating again.
