Turbotax.business: transmit return -> the Electronic Filing system is having difficulty recognizing the data in the return

update (3/9/2023 at 9:34PM) Narrowed down to NY State filing. I just e-filed the federal. It is good.

The turbotax.business is not checked under 2022==> is the reason it is failed?

No specific error code. Where should I look into it? I use Windows 10.

FYI: I called tech support four times, four representatives tried to help me but none of them could get to the shared screen - (shift + enter does not work). Therefore none of them actually could give me any suggestions. I guess it should have other means to do it like emailing me a link....
