TurboTax Business will not eFile my return

I am receiving the following error when trying to eFile my TurboTax Business Returns. I don't know if the error relates to my Federal or State return, but I keep receiving the same error. My return is an LLC Partnership and my state is New York. I did not download the New York City taxes as my business is outside of NYC,

"The Intuit Electronic Filing System is having difficulty recognizing the data in the return you are sending. Make sure your TurboTax program is up to date: Go to the online menu and select check for updates. If you still can't transmit your return, go to www..support.turbotax.com for a solution or a workaround. In some cases, you may need to file this return by mail. - Tax Year 2022 transmissions - TurboTax Business is not ready to process Tax Year 2022 for this return."

I have checked for updates and TurboTax business says it's up to date. New York State requires eFile so I cannot file by mail. How do I get my Business Taxes filed?

I have the same problem.

I contacted Turbotax support. After a 2 hour session in which I shared my desktop with them, I was connected with Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support. As of today (3/4), they stated that TURBOTAX CANNOT EFILE NYS PARTNERSHIP RETURNS and I should mail a paper return. Turbotax even sent me an email stating this. E-file is MANDATORY for NYS partnership returns -- the Turbotax program even states that on the transmit screen.

Note to Turbotax management: Please note that you will be held responsible for any fines or penalties that NY filers are assessed because of your failure to correct this known system bug. Please fix this before the 3/15 partnership filing deadline. Thank you.

There has been a delay in the availability of NYS Partnership returns. You can watch State forms availability table for TurboTax Business for updates. You will need to update your software when the forms are available. To check for updates, open TurboTax Business and select Check for Updates from the Online menu near the top.
