TurboTax Delux local looses schedule C imported from previous year when entering a new 1099-NEC

TurboTax carries 1099-NECs for a given business from the previous year, and I can enter the nonemployee compensation for those existing 1099-NECs.  As soon as I enter a new payer, TurboTax no longer "sees' that business in the screen to assign that 1099-NEC to a business, and when I go to forms that schedule C no longer exists.

    First, make sure you are logged into the program using the same credentials you used in the prior year.  You can use this link to see all of your TurboTax accounts.  

     

    Once you confirm you are in the correct account, follow the instructions in this link to ensure your 1099-NEC forms are applied to the correct Schedule C.
