I am trying to expense an asset (under $2500) for my Schedule C but although Turbotax asks me all the appropriate questions about this asset, it never allows me to enter any information. It takes me back to the Business Expenses section without allowing me to enter the amount of the asset. Is this a glitch in the system or something else.
No, there is not a glitch in the system. TurboTax Deluxe 2022 does not cover business or 1099-NEC. You will need to upgrade to TurboTax Self Employed or TurboTax Home and Business.
