Turbotax is asking me for a link to Schedule C or Schedule F. I am trying to associate my 1099-G to my W2. How can I do this?

Please clarify,. What is the 1099-G Certain Government Payments for, unemployment, state refund, government grant, payments from the Department of Agriculture, etc.?

To enter family leave payments -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Under Unemployment
On Unemployment and Paid Family Leave, click the start or update button
