TurboTax is not allowing me to preview print copy and open adobe automatically receiving error: "Hmmm, the PDF Preview didn't work. We're not sure why. We recommend you save the PDF on your computer by selecting save as PDF. You can always open it and view it later." Adobe is up to date and using windows 11. Uninstalled and reinstalled the program using cd copies don't have the digital copies. I can see the pdf in adobe only by opening the file. Any suggestions?

Windows 10/11 has this "habit" of making Edge the default PDF viewer. This commonly happens after the Acrobat program is updated. That can "and often does" cause these issues. Make sure your windows default PDF reader is Acrobat.

Windows 11 is up to date on on OS updates. Adobe is set to the pdf files as the default program.  Adobe has the latest version installed. I've contacted TurboTax support they've said it was adobe or windows settings issue. I have the same TurboTax programs installed on an older pc that was using Windows 10 and Adobe opens fine when selecting preview print copy in TurboTax.  We performed any software updates required on the TurboTax installation on Windows 11.
