My W-2 Box 14 has dollar amounts associated with codes S125DENT, S125MED and SEC125. My tax software asks me to select the correct code: either NY 125, NY 414 or None of the Above. Can those three codes be accurately coded NY 125, or should they be left as None of the Above? I’m a New York State taxpayer.
