If this is a Partnerships and Multi-Member LLCs (Form 1065) LLC, you will need two tax products.

First: You would complete Form 1065, U.S. Return of Partnership Income

  •  The partnership would issue Form K-1, to you and your partner. See What's a K-1? and How do I issue a K-1?
  • The K-1 would get entered on your personal income tax return. See
  • Form 1065 was due March 15, 2017.

Second: You would enter your K-1, on your personal income tax return.  See Where do I enter a K-1 that I received?
