We refied a new loan 20/16/2019, where do I include this information?

I have provided the mortgage info from the old lender that ended on 2/16/2019, but need to add on the new lender info somewhere???

To add the 1098 from the new lender :

Revisit the Deductions and Credits section.
Click Edit next to Mortgage Interest and Refinancing (Form 1098) and click Add another 1098.
