Is this a multi-member LLC?

If so, and you were open for business in the 2022 tax year and also incurred any deductible expenses (despite not having any income), the LLC most likely needs to file a Form 1065.

See https://www.irs.gov/instructions/i1065#en_US_2021_publink11392vd0e555

If you were not open for business in the 2022 tax year, the LLC does not need to file a 1065.
