Just place this in the Other (not classified) category in Box 14.

Box 14 is basically a catch-all for items that don't have specific boxes on Form W-2.  See the TurboTax Help article What is box 14 on my W-2 for?.

On your California W-2, the amount in Box 14 reflects fringe benefits that are also included in Box 1, Wages, tips, other compensation.  See Are Fringe Benefits reported on the Form W-2? on 2022 Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement FAQs.
