In TurboTax, enter the description from your W-2's box 14. Select the correct tax category that goes with the description.  If none apply or you are unsure you can select Other-not on the above list.  If the W-2 has box 14 as blank you skip it.  

 

Box 14 DI is usually the abbreviation for disability insurance.
