I received a second W-2 and online 14 it says IIQ and then an amount what does IIQ stand for?

Box 14 on a W-2 does not have a standardized definition like items in box 12. Box 14 can be used to include many items specific to your employer that may or may not have any bearing on your tax return.

The best way to know what IIQ represents would be to ask your employer. You mentioned that you received a second W-2. If this is a corrected W-2, then you would only enter the new or corrected items in conjunction with your original W-2.
