It depends on your circumstances.  The employer who sent you the W-2 is not reporting state wages in box 16.  But, the income reported in box 1 may (or may not) be taxable in the state where you live, and/or the state where the money was earned.

 

Enter your W-2 into TurboTax to "match" the W-2 you actually received, and TurboTax will "ask" if it needs additional information.

 

Otherwise, more information may help resolve your question.  For example, in what state do you live and in what state did you earn the money?
