what is INSTACART principal Business code & other business info

I have a full time job, a business making/selling jewelry AND I worked a little for instacart last year so it's a little overwhelming.

1. What is the principal business code? I looked at the publication and couldn't figure out what to use.

2. Turbo Tax is treating this like another business and wants the business name and address.  Do I use "Instacart"  and their address or do I use my given name and my home address? (I obviously don't have a separate business name for gig work)

3. will I have multiple schedule c forms? One for each income? (My business and the gig work)
