What is the Hidden Federal transfer Wks: Taxpayer's occupation has to many charcters

The transfer worksheet lists all the items that transferred in from previous tax returns.   There are too many characters in the occupation field (14 character limit).    You can edit this field in TurboTax.  Whatever you put in the occupation field has NO effect on your tax return, it is for IRS statistical tracking purposes.  

When you are inside your return in TurboTax Online, click on My Info in the left side panel.    Then click on Edit next to the name of the taxpayer with the long occupation name.   Then erase what is in the Occupation field and enter a shortened version of the job/line of work.   

The IRS requires we ask about your occupation, so you’ll need to put something here. Most of the time, an occupation is what you do for work, but if you’re retired, a student, or a stay-at-home parent, that can be your occupation as well.
