Question

What is the likelihood of IRS referring to my 2019 pending1040x for stimulus eligibility versus my completed 2018 on file?

Reason being my wife had an ITIN in 2018 but received her SSN in 2019 but I goofed and forgot to update it on our 2019 return hence the need to file amended with the SSN instead of ITIN.

They probably won't.  But when you file your 2020 tax return, you should get the credit then.
