What is the OR TWG stand for in box 14

If you are referring to Box 14 of your W-2, the entries there are usually just informative in nature.  This means if you enter something there it probably won't affect the numbers on your tax return. There is a drop down menu in the entry screen for box 14 in TurboTax, so you may be able to find a tax category that corresponds to what is listed on your W-2 form.  Employers can put just about anything in box 14; it's a catch-all for items that don't have their own dedicated box on the W-2.  If none of the categories apply, scroll to the bottom of the list and choose Other (not classified).
