What is the purpose of the Federal Carryover Worksheet? I do not own a business
it says total withheld/pmts must be entered.
it is asking for my total payments & withholding for 2021 state return.
it says to total all withholdings from W-2s and 1099s.
I don't have any but it is showing my refund amount from last year state return.
