What should I put for account description when entering section 1256 contracts?

I am manually entering my profits/losses, and it's asking me for account description. I already entered the broker's name, but I don't know what to put for account description

The account description would be the name of the security you are selling. For instance, you if you sold IBM stock, IBM would be the account description.
