Where do I enter information for Form 1065 or a K-1?

No, entering it directly on Schedule E is not correct. I am assuming you have a Schedule K-1 (1065) that you need to enter in your individual tax return. 

To do enter your K-1 in TurboTax:

1. Open your return, select Federal then Wages & Income.
2. Scroll down to S-corps, Partnerships, and Trusts, expand the section. 
3. Click Edit/ Add to the right of Schedule K-1.
4. Answer the first question Yes.
5. Click Start to the right of the first option, Partnerships/ LLCs (Form 1065). 
6. Continue through the section to report your Schedule K-1.
