I believe you want to know where to enter the third stimulus payment you would have received in 2021. When you are done entering your income and deductions in TurboTax, you will see a screen that says Did you get a third stimulus payment? You will answer yes or no as the case may be and then just answer the questions to make sure your stimulus payment is reported properly on your tax return.
