Where do I load my 1995-C information?

Form 1095-C Emplyer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage.

You do not have to enter your 1095-C, just keep it for your records.

When your daughter walks through the section for Healthcare under Personal and then Health Insurance, the first question will be "Did you have health insurance coverage in 2015?". You should select "I had health insurance coverage all year (if that is what the 1095-C states)".

The next screen will ask "Were you enrolled in a plan from HealthCare.gov or another Marketplace in 2015?", you should select "No" there.

That will complete the part of the Health Insurance section you need to complete.
