Where do i report schedule d information

After you enter your investment sales the TurboTax program will complete the Schedule D and the Form 8949.

To enter an investment sale -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Under Investment Income
On Stocks, Cryptocurrency, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other (1099-B), click the start or update button

Or enter investment sales in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to investment sales

Report your 1099-B into TurboTax and the program will complete all of the necessary forms. 

To report investment sales you will need to upgrade to the Premium online edition.
