And you are NOT enclosing a check, mail the return to: Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, Kansas City, MO 64999–0048

And you ARE enclosing a check, mail the return to: Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, Kansas City, MO 64999–0148
