this is an automatic feature of TT - it will be on schedule 1 part II line 14.

if you are not getting it, then you've made some bad entry telling TT the income is not subject to SE tax or you have a net loss from self-employment. in your return there should be a schedule SE. the deduction for 1/2 will be on line 6 which carries to schedule 1
