Why? What version are you using? If you are filing Schedule C in your personal return you don’t enter shares. Are you filing a Business return using the Windows Desktop Business program? Or did you get a K-1 from a business return to enter into your personal return?
It's a business return through Business Live version. It has a section to list the partners and their ownership percentages, but nowhere to enter the total number of shares...therefor on the K1's it doesn't list the number of shares owned at beginning and end of the year as it should
