You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Start a 2024 return online and enter some personal information  so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

You can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $30, an actual copy of your tax return.

I assume you are looking for Schedule C for 2023. Schedule C is for self-employment income or business income from a sole proprietorship or single-member LLC. Did you have such income in 2023 and file a Schedule C with your 2023 tax return, or is the loan officer asking for something that doesn't exist? Is there an amount on Schedule 1 line 3 in your 2023 tax return? If not, there is no Schedule C. Did you already give the loan officer a copy of your tax return and it does not include Schedule C? If so, it's probably because Schedule C was not required. The loan officer might be mistaken in thinking that you had income that requires Schedule C.

If you did file a Schedule C, it's in the PDF of your tax return, shortly below Form 1040 and Schedule 1. xmasbaby0 gave you information on how to find your 2023 tax return.
