There is no stimulus check section for 2022 tax returns because there were no stimulus payments in 2022.

How do I go about claiming those payments? My ex-wife was uncooperative in giving me the info I needed to file 2019 and 2020 on time, but I was eligible for those payments based on my income, etc.

If you have already filed the 2020 tax return then you will have to amend those return and complete the Recovery Rebate section for the two stimulus payments sent in 2020, there was not a stimulus in 2019.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for amending a tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-return/amend-change-correct-return-already-filed/L4VjJ9BA2_US_en_US?uid=ld1n99kr

If you did not file a 2020 return -

To complete and file a 2021 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2021 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2021 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.
