Why am I being asked for partnership information on my NJ return, when I do not have a partnership interest, just an LLC with expenses but no income?

    Is your LLC a single member LLC for which you report income and expenses on Schedule C of your tax return, or is it a multi-member LLC?  If the later, unless an S-Corp has been made the LLC is taxed as a partnership.  If that's not the case, then there's not enough context to answer your question.
