Why am I being asked to fill out a Schedule C for my sports betting if I do it as a hobby?

I got my 1099-MISC from Fanduel and filled it out but as I progress it's asking me to file my schedule c as if I'm a business.

TurboTax Premier Online

You can enter the 1099-MISC as Other Income instead of Schedule C income so this won't be considered a business.

You would report the 1099-MISC as Other Income by following these steps:

Open your return.
Click on Federal Taxes.
Go to Wages & Income
Scroll to the bottom under Less Common Income and select Start (or Update) for Miscellaneous Income.
Choose the category for Gambling Winnings and enter your Other Income
