Why are the entries on my W2 Box 14 for K and V showing up in Box 12 when I scan the document?

You may have to delete the W-2 and manually enter the information.  Here is how to delete the W-2

You can change or delete your W-2 info if you haven't filed your taxes yet.

In TurboTax Online or CD/Download:

1. Open or continue your return
2. From the menu, select Search and type-in W-2
3. Select the Jump to link in the search results
4. On the Your W-2 info so far screen, select Edit next to the W-2 you want to change
5. Select the trash can Delete icon to delete the W-2

In the TurboTax mobile app:

1. Open or continue your return
2. Select Wages & Income
3. Select Review/Edit
4. Select Job (W-2)
5. Select Review to edit the W-2
6. Select the three-dot icon and select Delete

If you are unable to change the W-2 Information just delete and re-enter manually.
