Why does Sch IN-W have incorrect data propagated?

How do I complete the Col D-State Income data on Sch IN-W?

You should not. The IN-W is a summary of IN wages and withholding. When you enter your income in the federal section, be sure to mark the state as IN and the program will  carry the information for you.
