Why does Turbo Tax repeatedly ask me to "Check This Entry" for a Schedule C Principal Business Code. I know the correct code, and have entered it multiple times.

It is possible that the NAICS Principal Business Code was changed in 2022.  Return to the screen Let's confirm your business code to verify that the code is still correct.

To check your self-employment Principal Business Code, follow these steps:

• Down the left side of the screen, click on Federal.
• Across the top of the screen, click on Wages and Income.
• Scroll down to Self-employment.  Click Show more.
• Click on Start / Revisit to the right of Self-employment income and expenses.
• At the screen Your self-employed work summary, click Edit.
• At the screen Here's your info, scroll down to Your info and click Edit to the right.
• Under Tax details Business code, click Edit.
• At the screen Let's confirm your business code, click Look up my business code.
