The forms availability dates in TurboTax are estimates.

The IRS added a new form to the 1116 series this year—Form 1116 Schedule B. Even if you do not need this form, its calculations flow into the big Form 1116, so everything must be final before the IRS approves the way TurboTax and other tax software handles the forms.

Schedule B (Form 1116) is used to reconcile your prior year foreign tax carryover with your current year foreign tax carryover.
