Why is TurboTax Business not allowing me to efile my S Corp (1120) tax return yet?

When I try to transmit, I get a window that says "Tax year 2023 transmissions are not available. TurboTax Business is not yet ready to process Tax Year 2023 for this return."

It depends.

Form 1120-S is available for electronic filing according to the forms availability list. However there may have been some forms that were not available when you tried to transmit your returns. Please review the link above to confirm all of the forms are available. You can also check this state forms availability link to ensure your state forms are also available.

If they are, make sure your program has been updated if using the desktop version, and try electronically filing again.
